Zhangzhou Hongcheng Hardware and Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongcheng Company) is located in Longchi Development Zone, Longhai City, Zhangzhou. It covers an area of 25 mu and has an investment of about 25 million yuan. It was completed and officially put into operation in May 2008. At present, there are 11000 ㎡ newly-built standard factory buildings, 1200 ㎡ office buildings, 6000 ㎡ steel structure factory buildings, more than 200 sets of various punching and shearing machines, complete sets of wire rod cold working processing equipment, resistance welding, argon arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, spraying, packaging production lines and other processing equipment, with an annual output value of 80 million yuan. The company has formed a complete production and operation system from raw materials-mechanical processing-welding combination-surface coating-packaging (assembly)-shipment (out of the cabinet), and established a stable domestic and foreign sales network and customer base. The supply chain of raw and auxiliary materials has passed the ISO quality management system certification for 13 consecutive years since 2008.
